T enuta Santo Stasi is an ancient reality, but in constant evolution, which tells the story of a family's love for their land and its rediscovery.

With courage, he decided to resume the ancient family tradition by recovering his own vineyards and to look to the future by searching for new ideas and the finished product.

The desire of Tenuta Santo Stasi is to recover the character of the historic vines and to transfer it into the glass, respecting the characteristics of the territory and the identity of the vine as much as possible. We want to create a wine that offers pleasure and that expresses the authentic culture of our beloved territory.

T he company's vineyards extend over an area of 10 hectares, with an age ranging from 4 to 50 years. They are located in different areas, including Manduria, Sava and San Marzano. We are proud to work above all with primitivo vines, entrusting the pruning to the experience of a few people. Even today, the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to preserve the integrity of the skin until pressing.

Wine is not just a drink, it also represents culture. It has ancient origins that are intertwined with history, myth and legend, following the path of civilizations. Wine has been the symbol of Greek culture and has always accompanied moments of sociality in which people gathered to drink and discuss various topics. Thus, wine is culture and brings people together.

From this connection was born the triptych FEELING, our first line of wines capable of creating an immediate understanding, just like that harmony that is established between two people.

D eep roots, passion and authentic wines: the return to the origins of an enterprising and culturally linked family. A harmony and complicity, grown and matured over the years, have solidified shared values such as simplicity and love for nature. In this estate, we constantly try to innovate with the utmost respect for the territory, the surrounding environment and the people who work there.

Traditional viticulture is at the heart of their dedication. The choice to manually cultivate the native varieties is not only dictated by the heart, but also by an agronomic vision that aims to enhance the peculiarities of the different vineyard areas in which the company vineyards are located. The winemaker, the one who takes care of the vineyard, the cellar and personally takes care of the sale, gives life to wines that give pleasure, fruit of the territory and of his thoughts. Every sip is an expression of authentic culture, involving the consumer with passion and contributing to the preservation and enrichment of the territory and its biodiversity.
